Date Chocolate Milkshake Recipe

Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make a Chocolate Date Milkshake. It’s rich, creamy and absolutely delicious. Whenever I have overripe bananas, I put them in a zip bag, smash them down and put it in the freezer. I’ll use one frozen banana for this shake. Break it up into pieces and put it in your blender. These are 4 large dates. Don’t forget to take the seeds out. Add the dates to the blender. We’ll need 1 cup of whole milk, pour that in. 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is 1 tablespoon of sweetened cocoa powder, that’s what will give the shake it’s rich chocolate flavor. If you have unsweetened cocoa powder, that’s fine too, just taste the shake at the end and add sugar if you need to. Let’s go ahead and blend this until really smooth.
I like to top the milkshake with chocolate, take a bar of chocolate and peel the side to get small curls. If you like nuts, put some chopped cashews, almonds or pistachios at the bottom of your glass. Pour in the milkshake. Top with a few more nuts and the chocolate curls. This shake is rich and very filling so you can get 2 servings from this recipe. Try this easy milkshake and let me know what you think in the comments below.
