Hi guys, this is my first video, I hope you’ll like it ^^

Here’s the complete recipe:

Ingredients:
– 300g pumpkin pulp
– 1 1/2 glass of milk /cow milk, soy milk, rice milk, use your fav
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons of saba sauce or honey
– 1 tablespoon of potato starch/ cornstarch
– french pastry

Procedure:
– microwave the pumpkin for 30 mins until it becomes soft, chop it with a fork and then mince it using a blender
– put everything in a pot and add milk, cinnamon and potato starch
– cook it until the milk boils and the starch hardens
– process it with immersion blender to erase the remaining bits of pumpkin
– if it’s too liquid add a bit more of starch and cook again
– make a thin layer of cream on the pastry and then roll it
– put the roll in a cake mold with grease paper
– bake it for 30-40 mins at 200°C / 392°F
– decorate it with remaining pumpkin cream and cinnamon
