PONT NEUF RECIPE:
– Puff pastry sheet (premade, thawed)
– Red and white buttercream frosting

For the Custard:
– 1 cup milk
– 3 egg yolks
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 Tbs. all purpose flour
– 1 tsp. vanilla powder (if you don’t have that, then 1 tsp. vanilla extract)

Bake at 350 F. for 35-40 minutes.
